Whew glad we were able to take out that purple wurm. We are getting close to the end, I hope that Damien is there. As the use Mizzy ran our first to do some scouting so we wouldn’t be completely caught flat footed.
She came back after a while to tell use that there were a few guards up ahead. I decided to go along with her, gotta show Kildrak that I can handle myself. When we got there the dueguar dwarves were chatting about some of the great houses, clearly they love their job. Mizzy noted that we had to take them out. Problem was that I couldn’t see any of them, though I knew I had a trick up my sleeve that could work if she could direct me where hit. With some quick math and her help I was confident that I was on target, and so was she. On the same count we released our volleys, both hit but only one dwarf fell, the other started running down the corridor to I assume warn his friends. Now was the chance to become a hero, I jumped into action and at the last moment dropped the other guard. Wee!
So we go back to get the rest of the crew as it seems we are entering some sort of common room. This is where the madness starts. Gesh was too close and he overheard the remaining dueguar are having a contest of strength. This was it, surprise was over. By the time the rest of us caught up Gesh had placed a wager and the dwarves were drawing weapons.
I started throwing out some contraptions which messed up the movements of our foes while Mizzy took care of the killing. Kildrak and Adrik formed a wall around Gesh while he called down the cold death. Boy these guys were tough but we made it threw.
Well, there was this one dueguar that was left. We were going to left him go as he did beat Gesh in an arm wrestling contest. This is where we left it. Should he leave? He is evil and will most likely try and kill us at some point. Or do we keep our word and let him live? [we should kill him]
